Unrestricted support plays a critical role in Wharton’s ongoing success, and impacts every area of the School. The Dean’s Discretionary Fund enables the School to pursue exciting, high-level opportunities that build on Wharton’s traditions of excellence and leadership; in the past, this fund has helped to launch such initiatives as Knowledge@Wharton. The Wharton Fund, the School’s annual giving fund, helps to build a base of unrestricted support and cover operating costs, which includes resources for financial aid, academic programs, faculty research, alumni services
and more.
